- Custom cast ballast: Lead ballast weights cast to the exact requirements of the customer, naval architect, and shipyard, from 20 lbs to over 150,000 lbs in a single pour.
- Engineered fittings and weldments: We design, engineer, and manufacture the fittings and internal weldments cast into ballast so it moves, installs, and stays exactly where it belongs. Certified welders and weld inspection come standard.
- Tooling and mould design: Patterns and tooling built in-house, so nothing depends on a third party.
- Lead machining and fabrication: Full-service CNC machining, metal fabrication, and select ferrous and non-ferrous castings.
