I considered several keel makers in casting the new, Dubois-designed, shorter keel (7’0″ vs 8’6″) for my Wauquiez Centurion 49, but chose MarsKeel for the following reasons:
1) The engineering (including CAD/CAM) and materials knowledge of the company
2) MarsKeel’s reputation for quality, which proved itself in my product
3) The excellent human interactions with the staff and president of MarsKeel who truly understand customer relations

The end product is superb in implementation and it is a great design as well – MarsKeel delivered within an unheard of four week schedule. It was truly a bolt-on final product, faired and coated with epoxy barrier, ready to install. I am delighted with my choice.

I want to thank everyone at Mars for all the hard work on Harrier’s keel blade. We have fitted the keel to the bulb and the boat and everything was perfect. All bolts fitted as required. I was particularly impressed with the finish of the keel which was good enough for us to simply coat with Durapox and go sailing.
