MarsKeel Technology™ is the largest producer of custom and production keels in North America, supplying keels to nearly every builder on the continent. We have many international contracts shipping to the United Kingdom, South Africa, South America, Europe and many other locations abroad. We specialize in customized projects incorporating many different metals in our fin casting process and customized fabricated metal fins. Our capabilities are endless and second to none with lead keel/bulb casting capabilities in excess of 200,000 lbs (91,000 kgs). In addition, we construct and cast custom and production bronze struts of every shape and size up to 10,000 lbs.

Our three decades of experience and casting knowledge allows us to work closely with leading yacht designers sharing our state-of-the-art techniques and incorporating them into the latest design technology.

We offer a comprehensive and turnkey service with on-site CAD Design consultation, pattern construction, custom one-off sand molding, production molding, welding and fabrication. We offer full CNC machining of keel fins and bulbs along with metallurgical testing. Our finishing and fairing division provides diversification to customize our customer’s needs to complete the final product.

We offer castings in bronze, high tensile stainless steel, mild steel, and ductile iron including a diverse amount of other alloyed metals for any design requirements and recognized standards.
